Positions in tickers I write about

• Every post that names a ticker ends with a box listing my position in it (long, short or none) as of the publish date, with share count and cost when I hold it.
• I don't buy or sell a ticker for at least 48 hours after a post that names it goes live. Trades in microcaps can move prices, and I won't trade against readers or profit from attention I created.
• I will never write positively about a stock in order to sell it into the resulting interest. If my position changes after a post, the Ledger shows when.
• No company, promoter or investor relations firm pays me or gives me anything to write about a stock. If that ever changes, I'll disclose it at the top of the post, and the answer will almost certainly be no.

Some links to products I use (brokers, data tools, books) may be affiliate links, which means I earn a commission if you sign up or buy, at no extra cost to you. Posts with affiliate links say so near the link. I only link to things I'd recommend anyway, and an affiliate deal never changes a review or a trade.
